Website data collection

The Esemel Ltd website does not collect any information about you except where you use the Enquiry Form. If you use this form of contact the only information we retain is that which you willingly supply to us. We will use this information to respond to your enquiry and may store it for follow-up contact with you, if you specify that you are interested in further information.

Client information

All client information remains the property of the client unless they give permission for all or part of a communication to be quoted; as in a reference. Your data will only be used for the purpose for which it was given or collected. It will not be handed to a third party without your written permission.

Client data storage

Any information Esemel Ltd staff gathers in order to complete a client project is:

• Returned to the client at the end of the project according to the terms of agreement
• Or Held in secure storage for at least two years, after which it is destroyed.
